Career Progress Probability Quadrant (CPPQ) is an analytical tool used to understand the progress of a candidate in his/her career. The candidate is analyzed on the 4 quadrants of ‘Learning’ (X-axis) and ‘Exposure’ (Y-axis).
- Quadrant I – Adequate Learning and Adequate Exposure
- Quadrant II – Lack of Learning but Adequate Exposure
- Quadrant III – Lack of Both Learning and Exposure
- Quadrant IV – Adequate Learning & Lack of Exposure
In the first round we provide a questionnaire and measure the impact of proximal and distal influences on his/her learning and exposure as they form personality and thinking pattern of the candidate. Then there is one to one meeting with the candidate to discuss the impact of their answers.
The objective of this analysis is not only to find the positive qualities of the candidate which will advance his/her career but also the associated pitfalls which might hamper their progress in the longer duration.
When a candidate is placed by the experts in any one quadrant then we inform them about their current status, improvement areas and challenges which they might face in the future.
There we could stop the analysis but we move a step ahead to give solutions as per their quadrant to counter their infirmities at the earliest.
- Quadrant I requires Chiseling
- Quadrant II requires Mentoring
- Quadrant III requires Moulding
- Quadrant IV requires Grooming
