Whenever a training program is fixed in any organization or educational institution, the trainer comes and delivers the program and then a routine feedback is filled by each participant. To get higher ratings and testimonials, trainers manipulate and compromise with content during and after the program as their payments depends on it. Few companies offer post-training evaluation but by that time the actual training is over and candidates get busy with their routine jobs.
RPDT is a unique methodology developed by Streamlinez to make a training program efficient and effective right from the beginning. It activates before the program to understand the depth of the group with respect to the aim of the training. The purpose is that if the depth of the group is above the base line then the program is designed to save time and if it is below the base line then the program is customized to involve the majority of the group for greater effectivity.
How it works?
We know that to understand any subject one must be well versed with the delivery language and its terminology then comes their understanding about the subject, difficulties faced during its practical implementation, influence of team members, trend in the industry, possible innovations and their individual views about developing new ideas.
We provide a training relevant questionnaire to fill in person and submit at least 2-3 days before the final training and if it requires then we can call few members for one to one meetings also.
The resultant of the group response is used to customize the content of the training and the mindset of the trainer for better adaptation.
